As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (that provides either make‑up application; skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience which educates and delights our customers.
You will also work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and to ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against our competitors.

While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner‑level expertise. Additionally, expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued; however, we are equally open to those looking to develop their skills in these areas. Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store customer experience.
- Assist customers with make‑up application, skin‑care, hair, and fragrance consultations.
- Contribute to high‑performing team efforts in in‑store events and initiatives.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors.
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, demonstrating creative and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Retail experience preferred, but applicants with amateur level experience demonstrating high creative and technical expertise are welcome.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited for interview.
