Are you looking for a new challenge working in a very busy upmarket Dr’s Clinic? Our client is looking for a motivated and friendly Front Desk Co-Ordinator / Back Up Aesthetic Therapist with strong ADMIN Skills.
Responsibilities:
Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
Supply information on services and treatments within the spa/salon to the general public, clients, and customers.
Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notify manager therapists/nail tech of visitor arrival.
Perform all beauty treatments when required.
Work long shopping centre hours.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Non-negotiable
Qualifications:
Essential – Health & Skincare / Somatology Diploma required.
Skill, experience, and knowledge in administrative and clerical procedures.
Skill, experience, and knowledge of computers and MS Office, ESP, Salon Solutions.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Keyboard skills and ESP.
Ability to answer phones, book and schedule, co-ordinate appointments accurately, and take messages accurately.
Skill and hands-on experience performing all beauty treatments – 3 years experience.
Skill and experience advising clients on all beauty treatment procedures.
Skill and experience in retail product sales.
Stock Take.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional personal presentation.
Information on beauty and nail technology treatments.
