Description
As a member of Guest Relations working at the front desk, you hold a vital position. The front desk is the “nucleus” of the salon and the first impression for our clients. Our goal is to serve clients warmly and make them feel valued, regardless of our own day or feelings.
It’s important to remember clients’ names and address them personally, which adds a meaningful touch to their experience. To ensure smooth daily operations, guest relations staff should keep the desk clean and organized, arriving at least 30 minutes before opening to prepare the space.
As the first point of contact, appearance matters: wear the latest hairstyle and makeup trends to present a professional and stylish image.
General Duties include, but are not limited to:
Check in/out guests
Maintain beverage area cleanliness and stock
Complete opening and closing routines daily
Address guest needs promptly
Provide salon tours to new guests
Pre-book and close recommendations from service providers
Keep retail area tidy and stocked
Assist with calls to clients and backup call center as needed
Have knowledge of all products
Ensure guest satisfaction before departure, involving management if necessary
Always prioritize guest satisfaction with a positive attitude
