Description
As a member of Guest Relations working at the front desk, you hold a vital position. The front desk is the ‘nucleus’ of the salon and the first impression for clients. Our goal is to serve clients warmly, regardless of our own feelings, and to make their experience positive.
It’s important to remember and use clients’ names to add a personal touch. Know your clients well and treat them as your own. To ensure smooth daily operations, keep the desk clean and organized. Arrive at least 30 minutes before opening to prepare the space, stock supplies, and set up equipment.
Appearance matters: always look professional and up-to-date with the latest hairstyle and makeup trends.
General Duties include:
Check-in and check-out guests
Maintain the beverage area
Complete opening and closing routines
Address guest needs promptly
Provide salon tours to new guests
Pre-book appointments and follow up on recommendations
Keep retail area tidy and stocked
Assist with calls and backup call center
Know product information
Ensure guest satisfaction before involving management
Always prioritize guest satisfaction

Requirements:
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
At least 18 years old
