We are a busywellnessclinic. Are you looking to be apart of a start up. We are looking for some with customer services skills and eagerness to build with the our clinic.
We are looking for experienced Front Desk/Aesthetician combo who is passionate about the beauty andwellnessindustry.
You will be responsible for running day-to-day front desk tasks as well as involved in advising our clients on skin procedures and providing a variety of facial treatments. This position will be Full time at the front desk and part time doing treatments, with the potential of becoming a full time aesthetician as your clientele grows.
Provides excellent service andcustomer interaction
Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
Manage and schedule clients appointments
Answers product and service questions
Able to work independently and multi task
Strongcommunication skills
Assist in managing social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram)
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team and management
Advising clients on skincare and recommending suitable treatments and home care regimens.
Disinfect equipment, clean work areas & stock rooms
Assist with daily laundry, cleaning and organization chores
