FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

Position based in our NYC Corporate Office (NOT REMOTE)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Corporate Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of the cooperate office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment. Office manager maintaining efficient communication channels, support staff members, and implement office procedures.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise receptionist.

Oversee day-to day office operations including maintenance of office equipment, supplies and facilities.

Plan and coordinate in-house or off-site events and meetings.

Maintain the office condition and image, supervising services and arranging necessary repairs and extra cleaning services.

Assist with office layout planning and moves.

Work with building coordinator to coordinate visitors access, use of common spaces, and maintenance.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Ensure all invoices related to office spending are billed and paid on time.

Keep updated records and files of office expenses and cost.

Coordinate domestic ground transportation reservations.

Work closely with travel agency to respond and resolve traveler’s request.

Maintain Travel platform (Concur) up to date and provide functional support to users on booking and expense system.

Personal profile:

Prior experience in similar role in a fast-paced environment is essential (min. 2 years).

Degree in business administration, hospitality management or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication. English is essential (Spanish is a plus).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

High level attention and accuracy in record-keeping.

Analytical skills to interpret data and generate insightful reports.

Positive attuite and professional demeanor.

Customer service oriented.

Annual compensation range: $58,667 – $66,000 + discretionary annual bonus
