Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. You’ll help ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped with care and efficiency. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our inventory organized, products prepped, and workspace running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care

Manage and organize inventory on a daily basis

Fold, prep, and restock products as needed

Receive, unpack, and shelve incoming shipments

Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized fulfillment space

Lift and move packages (up to 50 lbs)

Work on your feet and seated for extended periods

Arrive on time, ready to work, and meet daily fulfillment goals

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and detail-oriented

Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing, etc.)

Fast learner who enjoys working independently and with a team

Good communicator with a strong work ethic

Punctual and consistent attendance

Interest in working with a growing small business

Bonus: Passion for books, fashion, or design

Plus (but not required): Experience in fulfillment, retail, or shipping/logistics
