WE ARE HIRERING A FULL-TIME CLIENT ADVISOR TO JOIN OUR BEAUTIFUL RUE FRANÇOIS 1ER STORE IN PARIS!
You will be an ambassador for GANNI, working in our inspiring Paris location and reporting directly to the Store Manager. You will help make every client interaction special — whether online or in-store. By combining innovative communication with authentic service, you’ll help grow a strong, connected GANNI community that reflects the energy and style of Paris.
You will take part in driving the store’s success by combining creativity with a strong sense of responsibility and results. Together with your team, you will work to achieve goals, deliver exceptional service, and create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects both the GANNI spirit and the energy of Paris.
Must Have Requirements
At GANNI, we are highly focused on our clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are a results-driven team, and our mindset is to secure all sales — including those you will handle. To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience working with clients and a proven ability to deliver outstanding service and a superior customer experience.
- Ensure exceptional and personalized client experiences
- Deliver inspiring and tailored styling sessions
- Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store
- Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI-driven environment.
- Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.
- Secure all sales
- Maintain VM guidelines
- Stock management in all aspects
Professional Qualifications
- Background within a similar industry for at least 2 years
- Experience with sales and working within a results-driven and goal-oriented environment.
- Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in French & English
