We’re Hiring: Full-Time Creative Director (40h/week) – Work from Anywhere!
At Skinnify, we’re on a mission to revolutionize fitness by integrating resistance training into everyday clothing. In just two years, we’ve grown from 0 to 120,000+ customers – and we’re only getting started.
Now, we’re looking for a full-time Creative Director (40 hours/week) to lead our creative efforts and bring our brand to life through scroll-stopping video and image ads that drive conversions and build community.
Your Responsibilities
✅ Come up with new, high-converting ad concepts and creative ideas (angles, hooks, storylines) for video and image ads
✅ Find and brief content creators, influencers, and UGC partners to bring your ideas to life
✅ Direct the production process from idea to final edit, ensuring each piece aligns with brand voice and ad performance goals
✅ Edit or oversee editing of videos and images for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & Google ads
✅ Collaborate closely with the media buying and strategy team to continuously test and iterate based on data
✅ Stay ahead of trends, memes, and ad formats to keep our brand fresh and competitive
✅ Own the entire creative pipeline and drive the team to consistently deliver world-class performance creatives
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Creative Vision – You think outside the box and know what grabs attention on social and drives purchases
✔️ Ad Creative Experience – You’ve created high-performing video and image ads for DTC brands, ideally in the fitness or fashion space
✔️ Strong Execution Skills – You know how to take a concept from idea to final edit—your creative instincts are backed by a strong sense of performance
✔️ Content Creator Network – You know where to find great UGC creators and how to brief them for top-tier content
✔️ Results-Driven – You’re not just making things that look good, but that perform well
✔️ Organized & Independent – You can manage multiple projects and creators while owning the process from start to finish
✔️ Fluent English (Written & Spoken) – Communication is key in our remote team
