NightRider Jewelry is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Associate to sell our high-value products with professionalism, respect for our customers, appreciation for our artistry, and dedication to the NightRider brand. Sales Associates work closely with customers to understand their needs, answer product questions, and provide personalized recommendations. Successful associates promptly resolve customer concerns, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This role requires maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and upholding our store’s high visual standards. Ultimately, the Sales Associate aims to deliver outstanding customer service while consistently achieving sales targets.
This is a full-time, Scottsdale Fashion Square mall-based position. Candidates must be available to work opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
- Familiarity with inventory procedures.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
- A high school diploma is required; a college degree in sales, business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Punctual, reliable, and driven to succeed.

This position has an hourly base pay of $16.35 along with uncapped commission earned for each sale that you make. More details will be explained during the interview.
