Job Summary
DM Fashion is looking for a full-time shipping associate. You will coordinate with the Shipping Manager for preparing orders and packaging product quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who is able to function in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment. Accuracy and speed are both a must in order to satisfy customer expectations. The ideal candidate will be very professional, enthusiastic, and have a can-do attitude, along with the ambition to succeed in a fast-paced environment. The ability to quickly and accurately gain product knowledge will be a must.
Job Requirements:
- Dependable, motivated, and flexible.
- Shipping experience preferred but not required.
- Managing swimsuit and clothing inventory
- Working with customers to accept refunds, exchanges, etc
- Working with a team to provide great customer service
