Looking for a management position with growth opportunities in the beauty / cosmetology industry? Drybar Shops in Franklin, TN is looking for a Licensed Cosmetologist to be our next Sales Manager / Operations Manager to oversee salon operations.
The Manager position is one of the threeleadership rolesin every Drybar. This individual leads the internal and external customer experience, upholds and enforces Drybar standards and policies, manages the day-to-day business, and is fully responsible for the performance of the assigned shop. In addition, the Shop Manager is responsible for maintaining positive team morale and uses the company’s ten core values to lead the shop’s culture.

Manager Qualifications:
Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general salon manager.
Excellentleadershipskills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly.
Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
Customer service oriented.
Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate.
Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
Excellent organizer and problem solver with strongproject managementskills.
Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Competent trainer and motivator.
Mind Body Software experience a plus.
Cosmetology license / hair stylist experience.
