The role
The Global PR Coordinator supports the execution of global public relations activities across international markets. Working closely with the PR Manager, this role contributes to building brand awareness, strengthening media and influencer relationships, and supporting the successful delivery of campaigns, events, and communications initiatives. Key Responsibilities
1. PR & Communications Support
- Support the implementation of international PR strategies and campaigns
- Create press materials, pitches, and communication assets
- Ensure all communications align with the brands’ tone of voice and positioning
- Support media outreach and relationship-building with journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders
2. Campaign & Event Coordination
- Assist in the execution of PR campaigns, product launches, and press events
- Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and stakeholder communication
- Support influencer activations and brand partnerships across key markets
3. Media Monitoring & Reporting
- Track media coverage, influencer activity, and campaign performance
- Maintain media and influencer databases and distribution lists
- Assist in preparing PR and social media performance reports
- Monitor industry trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, education, sales, and external partners to ensure aligned communications
- Support cross-functional projects and broader brand initiatives
5. Administration & Team Support
- Track PR-related expenses and maintain organized records
- Provide administrative and operational support to the PR team
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, or a related role
- Strong interest in luxury beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project coordination skills
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment
