Global Wholesale & Retail Expansion Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global wholesale strategy across luxury department stores, boutiques, and mono-brand retail
- Identify, negotiate, and close agreements with key stockists, franchise partners, and retail destinations globally
- Build the seasonal selling calendar: showroom setup, market weeks, trunk shows, and order management pre and post-market
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and production team on range planning, merchandising, and cost planning
- Lead sales performance analysis and report directly to the CEO
- Represent Ashi Studio at international trade shows and key account events
Profile
- 15+ years in luxury fashion wholesale with a strong track record of opening new markets
- Existing network across European, GCC, and Asian luxury retailers and department stores
- Experience with mono-brand store rollouts and franchise/partner models
- Strong negotiation, budgeting, and business planning skills
- Fluent in English; French or Arabic a plus
