The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer with style, substance, and a sharp eye for detail. Someone who knows how to push creative boundaries, understands what makes a visual pop, and has that rare ability to turn a concept into a compelling visual story.

What you will be doing

Design high-impact graphics for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal drops- bringing energy, emotion, and edge to every release.

Create dynamic and scroll-stopping assets for all our social platforms.

Develop clean, engaging assets for our website – homepage banners, product graphics, promotional tiles, and landing pages that drive clicks and conversions.

Design compelling visuals for email campaigns that reflect our tone and drive engagement.

Mentor junior designers and help maintain high-quality standards across the creative team.

Work closely with other teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver creative assets that align with business goals.

Benchmark visual trends and analyze content across fashion and e-comm brands to elevate our creative output

Stay ahead of platform design best practices – tailoring assets by channel

Use Photoshop, Canva, and AI-based design tools to streamline and elevate creative output.

Stay updated on design trends in fashion and e-commerce to keep the brand fresh and current.

What you will need to succeed

2 – 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.

Strong sense of visual hierarchy, composition,and color theory.

A portfolio that demonstrates creative versatility across digital channels.

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and AI-powered design tools.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus: motion design or video editing experience.
