About the Role
The Graphic Designer will play a key role in developing and executing visual concepts that elevate our brand identity across digital and print platforms. This person will collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to create compelling designs that reflect our brand’s aesthetic and connect with our audience.
How You’ll Contribute
- Conceptualize and create original graphic designs, illustrations, logos, and prints for apparel (men’s, women’s, and/or kids’).
- Develop print-ready artwork for screen prints, embroidery, sublimation, and other fabric applications.
- Collaborate with fashion designers, merchandisers, and product developers to align graphics with seasonal collections and themes.
- Research and interpret fashion, color, and graphic trends to inspire fresh concepts.
- Prepare artwork for production, ensuring accurate color separations and scalability.
- Maintain organized digital archives of artwork, templates, and print libraries.
- Participate in creative reviews and provide input on seasonal direction
What You Bring to the Team
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Textile Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience in apparel or fashion graphics (streetwear, lifestyle, or activewear preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, printing techniques, and placement graphics.
- Excellent sense of typography, composition, and color theory.
- Ability to translate trends into commercially appealing artwork.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of apparel graphics and design versatility.
