Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens. This role involves creating and adapting visual assets for digital and print channels, including product packaging, marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to maintain brand consistency and enhance visual identity across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include developing layout concepts, refining typography, designing logos and icons, preparing files for production, and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. The role also includes participating in creative brainstorming, staying current with design trends in the beauty industry, and handling multiple projects within set deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
  • Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
  • Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles to produce clear, appealing, and readable designs.
  • Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or similar software).
  • Portfolio demonstrating creative work in cosmetics, beauty, or fashion sectors is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site in Athens, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
