The Role:
As a Graphic Designer at The Brand Brew, you’ll create top-notch designs that resonate with audiences and meet the high standards our clients expect. You’ll work on a mix of projects – from social media campaigns to branding, web design, and even print.
Bonus if you bring motion design and video editing skills to the table – we’re always looking for ways to push boundaries.
What You’ll Do:
Design high-quality, creative assets for social media, branding, web, and print projects.
Collaborate with the strategy and copy teams to ensure designs align with client objectives.
Work on branding projects, including logos, visual identities, and design guidelines.
Create clean, visually appealing decks and presentations for pitches and client reviews.
Meet deadlines with speed and precision, delivering work that balances creativity and functionality.
Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:2-5 years in an agency or creative studio (mandatory).
Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Bonus Points:Motion design and video editing skills (After Effects or similar).
Mindset:Ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality.
Detail-Oriented:A keen eye for detail and high standards of execution.
Collaborative:Comfortable working in a team and open to constructive feedback.
Versatility:Experience with social media content is a must; branding, web, and print experience are a strong advantage.
