We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer with strong knowledge Junior High volume Fast Paced Apparel Market. This role reports to the Merchandiser and is based at our NYC headquarters in the Garment District.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with merchandiser and Head designer to develop and execute product designs for Junior apparel
Seasonal trend awareness and suggestions are welcome.
Spec and placement of final product to be used for production
Prepare and finalize technical drawings of proposed product to be used for production
communication with Factories
Adhere to design calendar and deadlines
Interpret Graphic design/style trends into specific product category within pricing s guidelines and factory capabilities
Maintain a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and efficiency while working on tight deadlines and multiple projects
Assisting with additional design projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
PhotoShop and Illustrator a must
Must be able to easily interpret inspiration and art directions
Experience with Adobe InDesign preferred
Fashion flats and CAD proficiency preferred
Junior and Missy aesthetic understanding
Organized, dedicated and process-driven team player with heavy attention to detail.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment, prioritize workload successfully and execute projects with fast-turnaround, under budget, ahead of tight deadlines.

Salary: $90,000
