We’re a fast growing Children’s Clothing Brand selling top Eco-Friendly bamboo clothing and accessories for Children based in Culver City, CA.

We’re looking for a creative and passionate candidate who will work directly with the Brand Owner on both Graphic Design initiatives (eg. Creating new print and graphic designs for our products, photo editing, lifestyle image selection, creating line sheets for wholesale catalogs, taking product photos, etc)This candidate will help brainstorm new print ideas by conducting market trend research and immersing themselves in our product category.
This role will have a lot of growth potential!! You will be working with experienced digital marketing agencies and talented designers from around the world.
Candidates are expected to work 40 hours per week. Must work onsite in Culver City, relocation is not provided.
What you will work on:
Identify and create new print designs and concepts using your fashion sense, research, and knowledge of current trends.
Utilize your expertise in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop to edit digital assets for marketing purposes.
Assisting and eventually leading Digital Marketing initiatives
Ensure efficient process and communication flow between marketing agency partners, photographers, designers, and manufacturing.
Supports a cross-functional calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
Remain up to date on the latest color, graphic and on-apparel print/branding trends
Organizing and building concept design boards and maintaining creative asset libraries.
The daily responsibilities of this role are wide ranging, challenging, and rewarding.
Skills/Requirements:
Degree in graphic design, fashion design, industrial design, apparel design, material design, textile design or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of relevant design experience in graphic design, apparel or a closely-related industry involving product creation. Children’s fashion is a plus.
Photography experience a plus.
Portfolio showcasing design work.
Exceptionally organized; able to multitask and prioritize, highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross functional partners
In-depth knowledge of Adobe design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator,
Strong fashion and color sense, current on trends
Ability to translate consumer insights into thoughtful narratives and graphic storytelling.
Strong attention to detail as quality is extremely important to the brand’s identity
Flexibility & Time Management: ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and take responsibilities for deadlines
Ability to communicate ideas effectively
Passionate about brand and growing the business

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
