We are looking for a Group Product Manager – Fulfillment to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Nykaa's Fulfillment Product ecosystem. This role will own products powering Warehousing, Logistics, Order Fulfillment, and Supply Chain Planning across Nykaa's rapidly expanding omnichannel and quick commerce businesses.
This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong product thinking, deep supply chain expertise, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to drive organization-wide initiatives in collaboration with business and technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Nykaa's Fulfillment ecosystem.
- Build scalable platforms across Warehousing, Order Management, Inventory, Logistics, Returns, and Supply Chain Planning.
- Drive automation and operational excellence across fulfillment workflows while improving customer promise and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, automation, and data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations.
Supply Chain & Fulfillment Excellence
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Planning, and Category teams to solve complex business problems.
- Build products that improve warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, and last-mile performance.
- Drive initiatives across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Quick Commerce fulfillment.
- Define and monitor product success metrics including fulfillment SLA, inventory health, warehouse productivity, logistics cost, order cycle time, and customer delivery experience.
Leadership & Execution
- Lead a team of Product Managers and mentor them through product strategy, execution, prioritization, and career development.
- Build a culture of ownership, experimentation, and customer-first thinking.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, Finance, and Business teams to deliver high-impact products at scale.
- Drive product planning, roadmap reviews, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with senior leadership and CXOs to shape strategic initiatives and long-term product investments.
- Lead executive reviews, management discussions, and product governance forums.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, business impact, and investment priorities to leadership teams with clarity and influence.
- Align multiple stakeholders across business, operations, and technology to successfully execute transformational initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of overall Product Management experience with at least 5+ years building Supply Chain or Fulfillment products.
- Strong experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Warehousing & Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Ecommerce Logistics & Transportation
- Order Fulfillment & Order Management Systems
- Demand & Supply Planning
- Inventory Management
- Quick Commerce Supply Chain
- Experience leading large-scale platform products in ecommerce, retail, logistics, supply chain, or consumer technology organizations.
Leadership
- Minimum 3+ years of people management experience, leading Product Managers and owning performance management, coaching, career development, and performance discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing product teams and influence cross-functional organizations.
Business & Executive Presence
- Experience working directly with CXOs and senior leadership on strategic product initiatives.
- Strong executive communication skills with proven experience driving management discussions, presenting product strategy, business cases, and roadmap reviews.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution in a fast-paced environment.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Ability to define product metrics, measure business impact, and prioritize investments using quantitative insights.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
