The Opportunity
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of luxury engagement. This role is for a commercially minded business developer with a passion for luxury brands, experiential marketing and relationship building. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, leading RFP responses and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Working alongside our creative, strategy and production teams, you'll help shape award-winning experiences for many of the world's leading luxury brands.
This is a high-impact role with significant visibility across the business and the opportunity to build relationships with senior decision makers across luxury fashion, hospitality, automotive, watches & jewellery and lifestyle. that are as effective as they are elegant.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across luxury, lifestyle and premium brands.
- Build and manage relationships with CMOs, Event Directors, Brand Directors and senior decision-makers.
- Generate new opportunities through proactive outreach, networking and strategic partnerships.
- Lead qualification calls and pitch meetings with prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end RFP process from brief through proposal development and final presentation.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to develop compelling experiential concepts.
- Develop strategic partnership opportunities that create commercial value for clients and Interluxe.
- Maintain an active pipeline within CRM and accurately forecast opportunities.
- Represent Interluxe at industry events, luxury brand activations and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to deliver against annual revenue targets.
Who You Are
- 5+ years in Business Development, Growth or Partnerships within an experiential marketing agency, luxury PR agency or integrated marketing agency.
- Proven track record of personally winning six and seven-figure client engagements.
- Existing network across luxury brands with relationships you can activate immediately.
- Strong understanding of the luxury marketing landscape and experiential industry.
- Confident presenting to C-suite executives and senior marketing leaders.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and highly self-motivated.
- Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Passionate about luxury, culture, travel and creating unforgettable brand experiences.
