RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Apply GSD to analyze garment operations and define standard minute values (SMV) for each style.
· Collaborate with GSD staff in factory, IE, Sample, and Production teams to check, validate data, operations and layouts.
· Do the costing on GSD system.
· Maintain and update GSD database and ensure alignment with actual operations.
· Support the development of new methods and layout planning to improve productivity.
· Assist in training sewing operators or technicians on best practices based on GSD findings.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
· GSD certification is required.
· 3 – 5 years of experience in garment costing using GSD.
· Proficiency in GSD software and garment operation methods.
· Strong numerical and analytical skills.
· Good communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
· Detail-oriented and cost-conscious mindset.
