The Guest Relations Officer will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in customer service or guest relations are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in handling guest complaints and resolving issues.

Job Specific Skills:

  • Luxury Brand Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of luxury brands, designers, products, and trends.
  • Customer Service Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of luxury customer service standards and etiquette.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence customers, present product effectively, and negotiate sales.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Organization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Personal Styling/Fashion Knowledge: Basic knowledge of body types, personal style, and current fashion trends.
  • CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer data and interactions.
  • Store Policies and Procedures: Knowledge of store policies, procedures, and services.
  • Products & Service Knowledge: Knowledge of the products and services offered.
