Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in customer service or guest relations are advantageous.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in handling guest complaints and resolving issues.

- Luxury Brand Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of luxury brands, designers, products, and trends.
- Customer Service Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of luxury customer service standards and etiquette.
