Pixie Salon is a welcoming, busy salon in the heart of Pennington NJ, seeking a friendly, organized, self-motivated professional to join our team as our Guest Services Expert. This role will greet and check in clients, answer phones, manage all social media platforms, promote product sales, book appointments through salon software (Meevo2), and maintain an orderly schedule for stylists and a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.
Scheduling experience, thorough knowledge of salon services, the ability to multitask and a love for teamwork will help you succeed in this role. Honesty, exceptional communication skills and the ability to welcome and overcome new challenges are a must!
