Whether it’s a haircut, shave, beard trim, or waxing service, our primary focus is always customer service first! We are a family-owned and operated salon that cares about our team.
When selecting our team, we are looking for two main factors: technical skills and customer service. We seek stylists/barbers with experience with men’s grooming and the ability to perform a great fade. They should also be confident with their clippers and shears. We also look for individuals with great personalities who are drama-free and can talk with and relate to their clients and co-workers.
We are looking to fill both part-time and full-time positions. Full-time employees will qualify for our great benefits package. The starting wage is $18 per hour for an experienced stylist/barber. Must be flexible and able to work in either location when needed. Saturdays are mandatory and we are closed every Sunday. Must be able to stay in time standards and motivated to grow as a stylist/barber and team member. We also provide a tiered monthly performance bonuses and tiered retail commission.
