We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Braider to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Braider, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients’ beauty experience while ensuring their satisfaction through your artistic abilities and knowledge of hair care.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair braiding styles, ensuring precision and creativity in each service.
Provide consultations to clients regarding their desired styles and recommend appropriate hair extensions when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the overall client experience.
Stay updated on current trends in hair braiding and related beauty services.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Experience
Proven experience in hair braiding with a strong portfolio showcasing various up to date styles.
Knowledge of hair extensions application techniques is preferred.
Familiarity with retail sales practices and upselling strategies is an advantage.
Experience in front desk operations within a salon or beauty environment is beneficial.
Understanding of color theory as it relates to blending with the braiding hair care.
Skills in sanitizing tools and maintaining hygiene standards are essential.

Pay: $500.00 – $2,000.00 per week
Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
