We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hair Braider to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Braider, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service while also contributing to the overall success of our salon.
Responsibilities
Perform various hair braiding styles, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Assist in store management tasks, including inventory management and product displays.
Utilize Square software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care to enhance the client experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair braiding and beauty techniques to offer clients innovative styles.
Qualifications
Proven experience in hair braiding with a strong portfolio showcasing various styles.
Familiarity with hair threading techniques is a plus.
Knowledge of retail math to assist with inventory management and sales tracking.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Experience with upselling beauty products and services is preferred.
Certification or training in cosmetology or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Pay: $44,132.00 – $49,105.00 per year
