As a Hair Color Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair coloring services while ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients. Your expertise in hair care, along with your ability to communicate effectively, will help our clients achieve their desired looks.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their hair color preferences and provide expert recommendations based on individual needs.
Apply various hair coloring techniques, including highlights, lowlights, balayage, and color corrections.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair color and techniques to offer innovative services.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized and ready for use.
Utilize Square software for scheduling appointments and managing client records efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients’ concerns and addressing any issues promptly.
Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend suitable products for maintaining their color-treated hair.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license is required.
Strong knowledge of color theory and application techniques.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to upsell services effectively.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Knowledge of hair threading techniques is an advantage.
Bringing your own clientel is a pluse.
