We are seeking a passionate and skilled Hair Color Specialist to join our dynamic salon environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair coloring services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will utilize your expertise in color theory and cosmetology to create stunning looks that enhance our clients’ natural beauty. This position requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and strong interpersonal abilities to build lasting relationships with clients.
Duties
Perform hair coloring services, including highlights, lowlights, balayage, and full color applications.
Consult with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide expert recommendations based on their hair type and preferences.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and products to maintain their color-treated hair.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair coloring and styling techniques to provide innovative service options.
Experience
A valid cosmetology license is required; experience in barbering is a plus.
Proven experience in hair coloring with a strong understanding of color theory.
Background in retail sales is beneficial for effective client consultations and upselling.
Familiarity with makeup application is an advantage but not mandatory.
Previous experience in hair salons.
