What you’ll be doing:
Conduct personalised consultations with clients, ensuring a tailored TONI&GUY experience. Build and expand your client base while fostering high retention rates. Enhance client experiences by referring them for expert colour services and driving product sales through extensive
product knowledge
. Inspire and mentor apprentices, acting as a role model within the salon and representing the esteemed TONI & GUY brand. Embrace the Superbrand status of TONI & GUY, actively promoting and upholding its reputation.

Showcase your expertise in a wide range of hairdressing techniques, precise cuts and styling. Bring artistic flair to life by understanding clients’ preferences and transforming their hair into amazing styles. Having an eye for detail, a knack for aesthetics, and the ability to think creatively are important. Provide top-notch customer service and build long-lasting relationships. Juggle a busy schedule like a pro, handling different client demands with ease. Being flexible to embrace changing trends, styles, and client requests while still nailing it on time. Familiar with both Asian & Caucasian hair colouring techniques
