Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling using straight razors and other tools.
Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services or products.
Upsell salon products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide clients with the latest styles.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Extension Specialist or similar role in a salon environment.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, barbering, straight razor usage, and application of hair extensions.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
