By joining the Charter Cutting Company you will have the opportunity to benefit from the best of salon and college training with the possibility to complement your Level 2 apprenticeship with other offsite training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
Help to provide refreshments to clients and visitors
Gown up and prepare clients prior to treatments
Shampoo and apply conditioner treatments
Blow-dry hair under supervision when requested
Prepare equipment and materials for stylists to use
Re-fill stock of frequently used materials
Providing outstanding customer service
Carry out reception duties
Help maintain a safe working environment
Tidy up and maintain the image of the salon
Attend all scheduled training sessions
Complete project work and tests set by trainers
Participate in periodic formal training reviews
Share your progress with your employer and salon colleagues
