Job Description
Responsible for providing excellent customer service and delivering our proprietary waxing process for the most comfortable waxing experience ever. Exceeding client expectations from the time you first meet to your next visit.
Actively engage in the implementation of ongoing process improvement and embrace “learning environment” initiatives in a team-based environment.
Will follow all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards. Includes: body and facial waxing, and lash/brow tinting services.
Required:
Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
Excellent Waxing Skills/Technique
Time Management skills
Written and Verbal skills
Team player within a team environment
Exceptional Customer Service
Self-Motivated

Job Type: Full-time 45 hours per week
Available to work (9:30am – 7:30pm) and Saturdays (9:30am – 4:30pm)
Salary: We pay a percentage % Commission from the Service you Sale plus tips.
On average commission Pluss tip is about $17 -$40 per hour
average commission Pluss tip is about $39,000.00 -$90,000.00 per year.
