We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Sanitate all tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist stylists with various tasks, including preparing clients for services, applying hair coloring, and performing hair blowdry as needed.
Support retail sales by upselling products and services, contributing to the overall success of the salon.
Maintain inventory levels of salon products and assist in store management tasks as required.
Mentor junior staff or interns, sharing knowledge about best practices in salon operations and customer service.
Qualifications
A background in cosmetology is preferred but not required; passion for the beauty industry is essential.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Basic understanding of retail math to assist with sales tracking and inventory management.
Experience with hair extensions, hair threading, or other specialized techniques is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $124.00 – $125.00 per day
