We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to create beautiful looks for clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair threading.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Utilize MINDBODY software for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales transactions.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer professional advice on hair care products and services.
Assist at the front desk as needed, managing appointments and greeting clients warmly.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyling and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.
Skills
Proficient in hair styling techniques with a strong understanding of cosmetology principles.
Experience with eyelash extensions, hair extensions, makeup application, and hair threading is preferred.
Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards effectively.
Familiarity with MINDBODY software or similar scheduling systems is an advantage.
Strong retail sales skills to promote products effectively to clients.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
