Overview
We are seeking 2-3 talented Hair Stylist and a Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist or Nail Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care and creative nail services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and skills, while also engaging with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Provide consultations to clients regarding their hair care needs and recommend appropriate services or products.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Assist in front desk operations including greeting clients, answering phone calls, and managing appointments.
Stay updated on current trends in hairstyling, barbering and nail care to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on sanitation practices.
Certification in Nail Care. (For Nail Tech)
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
