Duties
Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair threading to meet client needs.
Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired styles and provide expert recommendations.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members on best practices in hair care and styling techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Manage inventory levels of retail products, assisting with store management tasks as needed.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering techniques, and industry innovations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification required.
Proven experience in hair styling, with skills in barbering being a plus.
Proficiency in hair threading techniques is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales and upselling products is advantageous.
Ability to mentor others and share knowledge effectively within the team.
