Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
Utilize advanced techniques such as hair threading and eyelash extensions to meet diverse client needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques to offer clients the best service possible.
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized consultations.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the salon environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
Knowledge of hair threading techniques and experience with eyelash extensions.
Solid understanding of cosmetology principles including color theory and hair styling techniques.
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced stylists effectively.
Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
