Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to offer clients the best possible service.
Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and understanding their preferences.
Perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair extensions as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Assist in store management tasks including inventory control and product recommendations.
Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend suitable products for home use.
Requirements
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification is required.
Proficiency in color theory and various hair techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
