Responsibilities:
Expert Hair Artistry: Perform precision haircuts, advanced coloring techniques (including balayage and highlights), and sophisticated styling for a diverse and discerning clientele.
Client Consultation & Relationship Building: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ needs and preferences, providing expert advice and building lasting relationships.
Exceptional Service Delivery: Deliver a consistently high level of service, ensuring client satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Maintaining a Pristine Environment: Uphold the salon’s high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring a safe and hygienic workspace.

Qualifications:
Valid Cosmetology License in Washington D.C.
