Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, skilled hairstylist who’s driven to deliver exceptional results while contributing to a positive, energetic salon environment. You’ll be responsible for providing professional hair services, building client relationships, and working collaboratively with our team to create a memorable salon experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments.
Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and pampered.
Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Build and maintain strong, loyal client relationships.
Contribute to a positive, fun, and supportive team culture.
Participate in salon events, promotions, and ongoing training.
Assist with retail sales and promote salon products when appropriate.
What We’re Looking For:
Valid cosmetology license.
Strong skills in cutting, coloring, and styling for all hair types.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Passion for staying on top of industry trends and techniques.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Driven and self-motivated to grow and expand your clientele.
2 years’ experience is preferred, no existing clientele necessary
