Our hair salon is cutting-edge, fun and highly artistic. We are looking to hire any level of Hair Stylist who thrives on creating beautiful styles to compliment the clients’ attributes, loves interacting with others and provides exceptional service.
Hair Stylist Requirements:
-MUST have a VA Cosmetology License
-Reliable, flexible and able to work nights, and weekends if needed
-Friendly, outgoing, and a team player
-Strong communication skills with clientele and other staff members alike
-Must have a passion for your craft
-Maintain and build clientele
-Willingness to continue ongoing education
Hair Stylist Compensation:
48-57% service commission
10% retail commission

-Full time employees are eligible for Health Insurance (Evolve contributes 50% of base individual plan), Dental and Aflac Insurances are also offered.
-Full time employees are eligible for 1 week of Paid Vacation Time off after 2 years of employment, after 5 years of employment employees are eligible for 2 weeks of Paid Vacation Time off.

-We are a full Salon and Spa so there will be opportunities for you to gain clients from other departments and vice versa
