Overview
We are seeking talented and dedicated Hair Stylists to join our professional team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our clients. Your expertise in the latest trends and techniques will help enhance the beauty and confidence of our clientele.
Duties
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling according to client preferences.
Utilize salon software to manage appointments, client records, and inventory efficiently.
Deliver excellent customer service by actively listening to clients and providing personalized recommendations.
Apply makeup as needed for special occasions or events.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to ensure the best service delivery.
Experience
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in color theory and application techniques.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in mentoring or training less experienced staff is a plus.
Knowledge of store management practices is beneficial but not required.
A valid cosmetology license is mandatory.
