We’re seeking a passionate, skilled, and creative Hair Stylist to join our luxury collective. The ideal candidate is proficient in a variety of hair services—from precision cuts to color artistry—and is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. You’ll play a key role in transforming not only appearances, but confidence, while contributing to the vibrant, high-end atmosphere that defines our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver expert hair services including cutting, coloring, blowouts, and styling customized to each client’s needs.
Offer specialized services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment in accordance with salon standards.
Foster strong client relationships to encourage loyalty, referrals, and return visits.
Support and mentor junior stylists when needed, contributing to team growth and excellence.
Assist with front desk responsibilities including welcoming guests, phone management, and payment processing.
Qualifications
A valid cosmetology or barbering license (required).
Prior salon experience preferred, but passionate and polished new talent will also be considered.
Advanced knowledge of hair techniques and current industry trends
A background in mentorship or training is a bonus.
Strong communication, professionalism, and a client-centered attitude are essential.
