You’ll earn money right away with a predictable hourly wage + tips, commissions & bonuses.

You’ll perfect your blow out/finishing skills by learning Blo’s signature techniques, plus braids and up-dos.
We provide all the tools and products you need.
You don’t need to find your own clients – we are busy with members, other regulars and new customers.

You Must Have:
An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state.
The ability to work weekends (Friday & Saturday at a minimum with Sunday availability preferred) and be flexible with your schedule (must be able to work peak hours as determined by the bar, typically Thursday through Saturday).
A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better.
Salon experience an asset.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform beautiful blow outs, braids & up-dos, bridal and hair extension services.
Provide expert recommendations that lead to product sales, service upgrades, and membership sign-ups.
Participate in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectfulwork environment.
Participate in routine up-training and skill advancement for hair stylists.
Opportunity: potential to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup, or be promoted to senior stylist or management roles.
