Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Perform barbering services such as shaves and trims using straight razors.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients’ hair care routines.
Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up communication.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a portfolio showcasing your work preferred.
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to promote products effectively.
Knowledge of sanitation practices and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
Experience with eyelash extensions is an advantage but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Pay: $20.78 – $23.96 per hour
