**JOB SUMMARY **
We are seeking a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hair care and styling, possess excellent customer service skills, and stay updated on the latest trends in the industry.
We provide full employment (no booth renting). Employees receive full Social Security, Medicare, Workmen’s Comp, Disability, Liability, and Malpractice coverage.
Current salon owners who wish they had receoption services: phone management, scheduling & confirming appointments, greeting clients, cashing out, rescheduling, and retailing are all provided so that the stylist can focus on hair services.
**RESPONSIBILITIES*
– Provide professional hair care services to clients including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
– Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles
– Stay informed about current hair trends and techniques
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
– Must possess a “Team Player” attitude working with the other stylists to provide the best customer service for our clients.
**SKILLS**
– Proficiency in hair color and permanent wave theory, and hair styling techniques.
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.10 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
