Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client preferences.
Perform makeup application and nail care services as needed.
Utilize hair threading techniques for precise eyebrow shaping and facial hair removal.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Use straight razors safely and effectively for specialized cutting techniques.
Engage in retail sales by recommending products that enhance clients’ hair care routines.
Mentor junior stylists or interns, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their development.
Assist in store management tasks as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Handle front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Experience
Candidates should possess a valid cosmetology license along with relevant experience in the beauty industry. Proficiency in makeup application, nail care, hair threading, and straight razor techniques is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients. Experience in retail sales and mentoring is a plus, as is familiarity with store management practices. A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and customer service is crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $37,416.00 – $106,000.00 per year
