The ideal candidate should be a licensed hair stylist with a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing and supervising salon operations
Support and develop hair stylists and team members
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new staff
Collaborate with the Salon Manager to meet revenue and sales goals
Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team
Qualifications
Valid SC cosmetology license
Excellent communication and customer service skills
